Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before making a booking. By confirming a booking with Prestige Arrivals, you agree to these terms.
1. Chauffeur-Driven Hire Only
All bookings made with Prestige Arrivals are for chauffeur-driven hire only. Under no circumstances are vehicles made available for self-drive. The designated chauffeur will operate the vehicle at all times throughout the booking. This applies to all packages, arrangements and vehicle types.
2. Deposit & Booking Confirmation
[PLACEHOLDER — Professional advice required] A non-refundable deposit of [X%] of the total booking value is required to secure your date. Dates are not held without receipt of a deposit. The remaining balance is payable [X days] before the booking date. Full payment terms will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within [X days] of the booking date: [full amount charged / no refund]. All cancellations must be made in writing by email. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund of all monies paid will be issued.
4. Conduct & Respectful Use
Customers are expected to treat the vehicle, the chauffeur and any third parties with respect throughout the booking. Prestige Arrivals reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund in the event of abusive behaviour, deliberate damage to the vehicle, or conduct that places the safety of any person at risk. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer or their guests will be charged to the customer at cost.
5. Timings & Waiting Time

Waiting time beyond this allocation may be charged at [£X per 15 minutes]. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate delays caused by circumstances outside the customer's control. Route planning and timing will be discussed with you in advance of your booking.
6. Insurance & Licensing
[PLACEHOLDER — Professional legal and insurance advice required] All vehicles operated by Prestige Arrivals are covered by appropriate motor insurance for hire and reward use. Our chauffeur(s) hold all necessary licences and are compliant with applicable licensing regulations. Specific insurance details are available on request.
7. Force Majeure
Prestige Arrivals cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil a booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, road closures, mechanical failure or other unforeseen events. In such circumstances, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and will work to find a suitable resolution.
8. Photography & Social Media
Customers may photograph the vehicle for personal use. Prestige Arrivals may use photographs or video taken at bookings (with customer consent) for marketing purposes, including on social media. Any commercial use of photographs featuring our vehicles requires prior written agreement.
9. Privacy
