Are the cars available to self-drive?

No. All bookings are fully chauffeur-driven. You will never be asked to drive the vehicle. Your chauffeur handles the route, the parking and the presentation — you simply arrive.

Can I book a car for my school prom?

Yes. Prom arrivals are one of our most popular bookings. We recommend checking with your school or venue in advance regarding any specific vehicle restrictions. We handle everything on the day — your job is to enjoy it.

How many passengers can each car carry?

The Porsche Cayman carries 1 passenger plus your chauffeur. The Porsche 911 carries up to 3 passengers plus your chauffeur — perfect for proposals, small groups and intimate celebrations. The Lotus Eletre carries up to 4 passengers plus your chauffeur, making it ideal for wedding parties, families and groups.

Do you cover weddings?

Yes. We provide chauffeur-driven wedding arrivals for brides, grooms, wedding parties and guests. We can accommodate single or multiple stops, waiting time and decorated vehicles. Contact us to discuss your day.

Do you travel outside your local area?

Yes. We cover Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire as standard. For longer-distance bookings, your quote will reflect the additional travel time and mileage. Get in touch and we'll confirm coverage for your location.

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes. A deposit is required to hold your date. Dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved without a deposit. Full payment terms are provided at the time of booking.

What happens if there is bad weather or an unexpected delay?

We monitor conditions ahead of every booking and plan routes accordingly. Your chauffeur will be in contact on the day to confirm timings. In the unlikely event of any disruption outside our control, we will always communicate promptly and professionally and work to resolve the situation.

Can we take photos with the car?

Absolutely. We fully support photography — it's part of the experience. We ask only that use of the vehicle is respectful and supervised at all times. For dedicated photoshoot bookings, please see our Photoshoot Hire package.

Is the Lotus Eletre really electric? Will it run out of charge?

Yes, the Lotus Eletre is fully electric. We manage charging as part of our preparation for every booking — you will never be affected by range on your day.

Can I book for a birthday or surprise arrival?

Yes — surprise arrivals are one of our favourite bookings. We're happy to coordinate with a family member or friend to keep things discreet until the moment arrives.
